Welcome to the Access to Information Act (ATIA) Public Access Portal (PAL).

This portal is intended to provide you the ability to submit ATIA access requests to the following organizations:

Alberta Health Services, Alberta Precision Laboratories, Recovery Alberta, Primary Care Alberta and Acute Care Alberta.

As part of your profile, you can check the status of your requests, communicate with the advisor processing your requests, and you can receive your responses electronically and securely.

To submit an ATIA request online to AHS, please Register to create an account or Sign In to your existing profile.

• If you are a current or former AHS employee - you may request your personnel file without an ATIA access request by calling AHS Human Resources at 1-877-511-4455.

• If you are looking for Environment Public Health (EPH) inspection reports, this can be accessed directly at the EPH website.

Please note that all access requests that were submitted before June 11, 2025 will continue to be processed as per the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIP). All requests received after June 11, 2025 are subject to the ATIA.
