Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (FOIP) Act Portal
Welcome to to the Alberta Health Services (AHS) FOIP Public Access Portal. This portal is intended to provide you the ability to submit FOIP access requests to AHS, Acute Care Alberta, Alberta Precision Laboratories, Primary Care Alberta and Recovery Alberta, check the status of your requests, and receive your responses electronically.
To submit a FOIP request online to AHS, please Register to create an account or Sign In to your existing profile.
- If you are a current or former AHS employee - you may request your personnel file without a FOIP access request by calling AHS Human Resources at 1-877-511-4455.
- If you are looking for Environment Public Health (EPH) inspection reports, this can be accessed directly at the EPH website.
